IVTScrip™ pT7-VEE-mRNA-Anti-CTLA4, CP-675 Vector   (CAT#: GTVCR-WQ1031MR)

This product GTVCR-WQ1031MR is an effective transcription system suitable for a variety of research, including the in vitro translation, self-amplifying mRNA studies and protein expression. The system was driven by the T7 promoter to efficiently generate mRNA ecoding antibody which targeting CTLA4. The vector contains the self-replicating Venezuelan equine encephalitis (VEE) virus RNA replicon, which resulting the mRNA expression at a high level.
