mRNA Products

Delivery of mRNA is the process of deliberately introducing nucleic acids into cells to overexpress a specific gene. Reagents for mRNA delivery are reporter formulated specifically for the delivery of mRNA into mammalian cells with high efficiencies and low toxicities. Creative Biolabs offers a variety of mRNA delivery reagents, including but not limited to Ionizable lipids, cationic liposomes, polymers, dendrimers, cell-penetrating peptides (CPP), protamine, nucleofection reagents, and self-assembling polyplex nanomicelle. IVT is a versatile method to produce mRNA in vitro that uses an RNA polymerase (usually phage-derived T7, T3 or SP6 RNA polymerase), ribonucleotides and appropriate buffer conditions to synthesize RNA from a DNA template. IVT mRNA encoding therapeutic protein in vivo promotes the manufacturing of pure mRNA products. Based on our advanced IVTScrip™ platform, Creative Biolabs can produce diversified industrial-grade mRNA products, including growth factors mRNA, cytokine mRNA, genome editing mRNA, and reporter gene mRNA.

Transcription of RNA is started with the appropriate choice of IVT vector that contains promoter sequence (T3, T7 or SP6) for generating high yields of the transcript, appropriate restriction sites for cloning of the gene of interest (GOI), 5' UTR, 3' UTR, and/or a polyA tail. We have constructed a range of novel IVT vectors for mRNA IVT synthesis, biochemical studies, protein expression, and other applications. Typically, T7 is a standard and well-described polymerase used to transcribe a linearized DNA template into RNA. We provide different types of DNA templates for in vitro transcription, including the DNA plasmid, PCR-product, synthetic short oligo and cDNA.
